WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT – The wastewater treatment plant construction consists of new influent pump station, gravity sewer, fine screen, flow meters, new biological treatment basin, tertiary filters, ultraviolet disinfection, equipment building, conversion of the existing aeration and clarifier basins to equalization tank and sludge holding, plant sewer, access road, walks and all appurtenant work thereto as specified on the drawings

until 6:00PM , (Standard Time – Daylight Savings Time) August 10
2010, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, including, Information For Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following locations:

Upon payment of $450.00 + for each set.
Wage Rates paid on construction work for this project shall be at least equal to the prevailing wage rates as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor and by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of Missouri.
BIDDERS on this WORK will be required to comply with Executive Order No. 11246 and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as set out in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

Bidders of this Work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246, as amended, which required the contractor to take steps to meet aggregate workforce goals of 2.3% for minority participation and 6.9% for female participation. The requirements are explained in the EFO provisions included in the Contract Documents.
